Gorgeous and setup is not too bad

The chairs looked exactly like the pictures and were very nice visually. Unfortunately, two of the boxes arrived with broken pieces, so I wasn’t happy with the product itself That said, customer service was excellent. They arranged the return the very next day, and my refund was processed a day later. Really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled the issue.

These chairs are beautiful and solid! Match our new white oak kitchen perfectly. I paired them with a black table and we are very happy with them.
