After more than three years in Wayfair’s Tried and True program, I am deeply disappointed by how my situation was handled. Due to an unexpected hospitalization, surgery, and recovery period, I missed a deadline—something that was completely beyond my control. Instead of receiving understanding or compassion during a serious medical hardship, I was removed from the program without consideration for the circumstances. Loyalty and dedication should matter, especially after years of consistent participation. In my experience, this decision showed a lack of empathy and appreciation for long-term members who have invested their time and effort into the program. I expected better from a company that values customer relationships. This was not just frustrating—it was disheartening and, in my view, incredibly inconsiderate. I am calling for a boycott of the company and their products.

Sturdy and great

Love, love, love my new chairs! They’re so sturdy and I love the way they look with my dining table. Super easy to assemble! If you’re looking for a farmhouse look these are the chairs for you! Wayfair you did it again!

They seem really good. Pretty easy to assemble overall. I wanted something that would not fall apart due to really hot summers. I have not tested them outside yet but they do look super sturdy so I have high hopes.

Perfect outdoor metal chairs. Stackable and light weight. My son put each chair together in less than 5 minutes. They wouldn't be ideal for long term seating but perfect for events that require extra seating.
