I was searching for a console table that had a narrow depth. I was scrolling through Wayfair‘s listings when I ran across the LUKASIK console table. I reviewed the specifications and noted that the table depth was 10.4 inches which was perfect for my needs. I placed my order and was delighted that it arrived quickly. The package was compact and all pieces were included. There were no damaged parts. Since I was busy with other projects, I enlisted my husband to assemble the console. I left him to start the project. About an hour later he was still working on it. He complained that the instructions were inaccurate. He had to disassemble and start over because the pieces did not fit properly. However, after much huffing and puffing, he did get it put together. The console itself is manufactured wood that has a slight distressed brown color. The table is also offered in gray. The table has a traditional appearance. The front of the console has a very lovely cut out design above a black background. The table top is slightly shorter than the bottom shelf, giving it a distinctive A-frame shape. There is also a different console table in this series with a straight leg construction. The table is attractive, however one thing that I do not like is the exposed screw heads on the legs. I wish that they had included some wood tone covers to conceal the screws.

This console table is absolutely adorable. Putting it together was a dream! It was so simple and took probably less than 10 minutes. I think it took longer to take it out of the box. Ha ha ha. I would’ve given it five stars except it did not come with wood looking stickers to cover up all of the screw areas so they are exposed. I’m not quite sure what to do about that but maybe I can find something to cover those holes. There are no drawers, but the decoration on the front is so adorable. I don’t care. Very sturdy table not flimsy at all. The shelf on the bottom is great for extra storage, baskets, anything your heart desires!

This piece fits my small entryway very well. Talk about easy to assemble! I sort of wish you couldn’t see the screws and ends were more flush but I can’t complain because of the price point. Overall, I’d recommend. You’ll like it….promise.
