So this says “armless storage sofa” which if you flip through the product pictures, it does show a variation that is armless with finished sides. This is not finished and has hardware that needs arms to slide in to complete the couch. Huge waste - this looks horrible and really is just going to end up trash.

Customer service was excellent! I contacted them because I was confused when there wasn't two boxes. It turns out there is only one box because the loveseat is armless. Fairly comfortable, but that's ok because it is going in an office and will get little use.
