For the price paid, it seems totally unreasonable that we have to assemble every aspect of this product and also have to make revisions to mistakes made by the manufacturer. Thankfully my husband is very handy and we were able to assemble this piece together but it took us both minimum 4-5 hours working together. I am also currently nursing two fairly painful blisters that formed on my palm from the screwdriver they supplied. If you are solo andor don’t have much experience with assembling furniture, don’t bother with this one. Also, the wood is veeerrryyy soft so it’s extremely easy to put a noticeable dent or scratch in the wood or fracture the wood if you try tightening the screws a little. Also, I was really hoping for more of a black “wash” effect that would show a bit of undertone of the pine wood but it’s really just black with some textured areas on the drawer faces and top. It doesn’t look bad and I still like it but it definitely wasn’t what I expected or wanted. My final opinion is that this dresser is really not worth the price however it was the only piece I could find within my budget that seemed to match my bedroom design. I really hope this dresser will last a minimum 5 years without falling apart.

After initially receiving a faulty part, the manufacturer sent us a replacement the next business day. Very easy to put together once we had the right parts. Looks very nice.
