Value for money every time, matches perfectly with other items in my room. The Milano line is top tier. Came fully assembled.

This dresser is beautiful! Solid wood, natural white oak finish. Love it! Only issue is sometimes the lock mechanism carton the drawers. I’m going to look to see if I can permanently remove that.

LOVE the look of the dresser and set in general! The only thing is the delivery of this dresser was a NIGHTMARE. Not only was it backordered FOREVER, but once it was able to be delivered none of the drawers would open (later realized there is the weirdest locking system on the drawers). The first dresser also had a defect so it was refused and went back. The next dresser came and drawers wouldn’t open again, realized then there was a locking system but had no idea how it was used. Got the 3rd dresser delivered but the workers couldn’t get it up my stairs due to the drawers not opening. The delivery has been a nightmare and the drawers are strange until I can figure out how to fully work them, but the dresser itself is very nice and very high quality (same with the rest of the bedroom set)

I’m very happy with this dresser overall. The color is absolutely beautiful, and I love the gold detailing on the hardware. The delivery process was seamless, and I really appreciated that the dresser arrived fully assembled. My only issue is that when one of the drawers is open, the other drawer next to it stays locked, so I’m unable to open both at the same time. I’m not sure if this is a safety feature or something that can be adjusted, but it was unexpected and a little inconvenient. Aside from that, I have no complaints. This would easily be a five-star piece if I could open both drawers at the same time.

Generally this item is good but it just feels a little cheap for the price. The delivery itself was really good - great service. The drawers are a little crooked for being over $1000.
