Assembly was not very intuitive as parts were not clearly marked. The end product looks great in my daughters room.

I ordered this product with the matching 6 drawer chest. The 6-drawer arrived fine and works great. however, this matching unit arrived damaged. It was two pieces that had large cracks across the sides, and one was the main piece that is the side of the chest. It has a large crack going through it. I called customer service and they instructed me to unpack it all and toss the box as I would no longer need it. I was also asked to submit pictures of the damage, I did as instructed. They said they ordered replacement parts for the damaged pieces and all was good. Then about a week or two later I got an email stating that my replacement parts had been cancelled. So, I called customer service again and they said oh it looks like we are unable to get the damaged parts as they are not available now. I asked when they might be available. She said we do not know, which is why they cancelled my order. I asked my options, she then said well you can send this back for a full refund, to which I said I no longer have the box because your office told me I would not need it. She then said well we can offer you a partial refund, no amount mentioned. To which I applied, I purchased matching chests, now I have one that is good and one that is damaged. She said that those were my options. I asked why did you cancel my order instead of leaving it on back order. To which she replied, that is just the way they do it, so I asked them how to I get the replacement pieces. She informed me that if they were able to obtain the pieces, they would notify me and send them. But how will they know they need it if they cancel the order She said our system knows. It has not been over a month and nothing from them and no resolution to my issue. I have been a rewards memeber of this organization and this process has been daunting and not friendly at all. I am questions my status as a reward member and whether I should contiune to do business with them, as now I am stuck with a broken matching set. After spending thousands of dollars with this company I am finding it increasingly difficult to trust them and their polices as well as their product. I also ordered black out curtains that are not black out. I believe they are failing their customers miserably I know they have me. Update I finally got through to a great customer service rep. They informed me that the item has been discontinued. Which was the reason for all the problems with my order. They corrected it and gave me a refund. So I am happy this got resolved.
