Commode double 6 tiroirs Carpino

I am so LIVID! I literally ordered and did not want it already assembled for this very reason. The delivery guy texted me while on the way and asked me what room to assemble. I literally texted and said, no assembly needed to ensure it is not damaged….. just for it to be assembled, dropped and damaged…. I’m so disgusted….careless and unprofessional. After I texted the delivery guy about the damage, absolutely no response. If someone orders WITHOUT assembly, please respect that. I seriously just want my money back, not even an exchange at this point…

Delivered already assembled. Looks really pretty. Exterior finish is nice. Rich espresso brown, no blemishes. Appears to be solid wood. Unfortunately the insides are an issue. Mostly cheap particleboard or pressboard. 3 of the 6 drawers didn't close completely. My husband had to remove the back panel to troubleshoot (so much for already assembled). Brackets at the back of the drawers were misaligned, with no easy fix. We figured out how to lift and tilt those drawers when closing them to workaround, so will keep, but what a pain. This dresser will not likely stand up to heavy daily use. Would recommend for something like a guest room where it only gets light use.

It looks very nice and came fully assembled however the drawers feel a little cheap and don’t close completely.

This product is very cheaply made. Drawers are wobbly and do not fit in correctly. Way overpriced!
