One of the ottoman was damaged it is uneven and it wobbles anytime anyone tries to sit on it 2 of the 4 legs are shorter. The support team replied saying “difference appears to be very small. You can try slightly loosening the shorter end of the Ottoman so lt can extend a little and make better contact with the floor.” Something I obviously tried multiple times when assembling it. Also the deliver date and time kept changing multiple weeks.
