I'm so sad to give this desk such a low review, but this wasted hours of my life and I have nothing to show for it! Pros: the brown color is the exact color I was looking for and the desk really was pretty. Cons: I work in home design and basically put furniture together for a living - these instructions were the worst written instructions I've ever had to work with. Pieces were numbered weird, diagrams were hard to decipher what was being shown, and the directions were totally vague, so there was lot's of guessing and hoping for the best. I think that because I do this often is the only reason I was able to get through it. About 2 hours into assembly, I realized they sent me the wrong desk- the drawers were on the wrong side! Of course this isn't something you can detect when you pull all the pieces out of the box - you don't realize in until step 5 or 6. This setup absolutely does not work in my home office, but taking it apart and sending it back at this point was not an option, so I finished putting it together (another hour or more) and I decided to let my son use it. The two of us moved it together and we set it down almost all the way in the corner of the room. We tried pushing it the remaining 6 inches to the wall, but as we pushed it, the entire side without the drawers bent inward and splintered from the desktop completely falling apart. I was able to secure it with some extra hardware I had so my son could set up his computer, but it still feels very wobbly, so we will be swapping his setup back to his original desk tomorrow, and this desk will go in the trash. What a waste of time and materials.

Sadly only one out of the supposedly two packages were shipped out. The other one ended up missing. Had to return, but the quality of the wood was pretty good!

Very nice desk, damaged when arrived but they replaced. 2nd attempt at assembly and the Wayfair technician was horrible. Left my room a disaster with parts all over room and hazardous environment with the desk half assembled. This lead to the main heavy table damaging my new home. Horrible and still waiting for the new parts to arrive and new technician. Wayfair customer service has been great but waiting for this nightmare to end .

Color is absolute disappointment. Very heavy shipment. Mostly becoz of MDF boards. Came in 2 shipments by the way. I hope they put realistic colors here in pics.
