Très beau et très confortable..la couleur verte était tout à fait à mon goût..le seul hic est que ce divan arrive dans une boîte et comme je vis seule, j’ai du demander de l’aide pour le monter…de plus, il manquait une bande de velcro pour faire tenir le montant en tissu qui cache l’arriere du divan…malgré tout, je suis contente..

I loved this sofa and the quality of the material. I was a little apprehensive about the quality, considering it isnt very expensive, but it is actually really good the color is exactly what I was looking for.

The above item is the sofa that i ordered . It arrived yesterday ,it’s a rather large package and my grandson helped me,we got it put together as the pics show,and we’re checking the cavities for the cushions and they were all empty but one back cushion. After being on chat for over an hour,then after struggling to get the sofa taken back apart, I finally did and got it boxed up. The chat was a bust since she didn’t do a return nor a credit,finally i called customer service and she issued a credit, at this time she asked if i would take a 75 credit ,and i keep the sofa that has no cushions. i said no just refund the card, then she said for me to dispose of the sofa, as you see it’s a large box and heavy, I’am in my sixties with back problems, now it’s going to cost me to have someone come get this junk and take to the dump. This is not the correct way to have handled this.wayfair should have sent for this item.You don’t send a huge heavy box of junk to a customer and then ask him to clean up your mess. unless wayfair makes this mess good, i will not be ordering from here anymore.
