Not really comfortable. Not a lot of padding. Works ok for a small person but no big person friendly.

Cheap construction. Super soft NOT! Zippers are broken and very low quality. I paid to have the set professionally installed what a joke. We notice some wood showing at the side bottom, the installer pulled the fabric down to cover it and left immediately. We are 75 and 80 years old and we are trying to get a return but Wayfair wants us to box the chairs and send them back. I believe the “professional “ should come and do that. We’re not able to do it, that’s why we paid extra to have it assembled. Oh yea, the dual cup holders are not on these recliners either.

One of the chairs are broken. Not to happy . Hopefully they will replace it. A lot of work to put together.

Props to Wayfair on their return process for these chairs. As for the chairs themselves there was a surprisingly large amount of work needed to assemble these and once assembled the quality of the chair of themselves was subpar. The cushions were only attached by Velcro. Chairs themselves were not very comfortable. I would spend a little bit extra and get a better quality chair for not that much more than what these are.

Multiple pieces to put together so it’s a bit time consuming but the chairs themselves are great looking and comfortable! So happy with my purchase. Beware that the delivery of the product is not an easy process. They are very heavy boxes so make sure they are delivered to an area from which you can easily manage them into the house. Also, my specific delivery was pushed for days and dealing with FedEx “customer service” was an extreme exercise in patience.
