Beautiful couch, great reclining mechanisms. Still pretty stiff, even after a year of breaking it in. The armrests are super low. So overall not very comfortable when sitting in an upright position. However fairly comfortable when reclining.

Great looking couch … operates smoothly …maybe a tad firm but sure it will soften over time. Communication and delivery was excellent

I just received my delivery. The furniture is perfect. I chose it because of the fabric since I have a dog who is allowed on the couch. I love the stiffness of the seating.
