The couch came in just fine but when I went to put it together, I realized all of the screws/nuts&bolts that were supposed to be sent with it were not. So I called customer service and they assured me it would be sent no later than Sunday. When it did not come on Sunday, I called customer service again on Wednesday. They were reluctant to compensate for this mistake and also could not give me a clear answer of whether or not the parts were even shipped out. It is now Friday. I called again this morning for an update. The guy I spoke with was helpful, but still could not track the location of these parts and whether or not they have been shipped. The couch is good to throw out if I do not have all the parts needed to put it together. Putting this couch together is also time sensitive for our family. Disappointed in my experience with Wayfair.
