Incredibly disappointed by this couch. Bought for my living room and it is the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. First one arrived damaged so I received a replacement. Unfortunate for me now I have two horrible couches and the return process is excruciatingly difficult because a box is not being provided and box it can in was torn to shreds. A huge hassle to deal with to not even get a full refund because for return you have to pay for shipping back and buying multiple boxes to package. Very disappointing. Overall the couch is of fine quality but unless it’s being used in the waiting room of a dentist office, don’t get this couch.

Don’t purchase from here we received the furniture today and got defective chair warped and don’t fit together properly wobbly on sides of chair they offer partial refund and if u tear up the boxes they tell u has to be boxed up and send link they offer this same set with different names so buyer beware will never buy anything from this company ever !
