Living Room Set was better than I expected. Looks like it's well made, but time will tell on that. It went together fairly easily, although the "instructions" were pathetic. The material the set is made from is nicer than I imagined. Should be interesting to see how it wears. The Fed Ex delivery was a joke. I came home to find my set sitting in the parking lot outside my garage in my condo project despite my having given Fed Ex specific directions to place it on my private covered patio. The long, complicated process of giving Fed Ex directions was a complete waste of time. Wayfair gets 5 stars for their product, but Fed Ex only gets 2 stars for it's delivery, and that's only because it was delivered in undamaged condition. WAY TO GO WAYFAIR! SHAME ON YOU FED EX!
