I was impressed! This is my first open box purchase. It was simple to put together by myself and only required only a hammermallet and a screwdriver. We bought 2 of these for our front living room which is on the smaller side and they fit perfectly. They do sit slightly on the firmer side but they are still comfortable and will break in over time and get even better. Love the mid century modern style look and the leather feel of good quality. They came with full service delivery too which was great
