I absolutely love it. It is firm, however, love it for my back. Looks exactly like the picture on the website. Love the fabric and stitch design.

I was in need of a new recliner. Very easy to put together. Suitable for every day and reasonably priced. A plus I really like the color.

Love it. Some comments were negative from previous buyers, and I was afraid to purchase. However, I did purchase it, and I am not disappointed. Very firm which I don't mind as it is good for my back. It is very comfortable. Already have positive feedback from family members. Only one thing I would change and it's the manual tab for the recliner, I would substitute for an electric push tab. So, 4.5 stars for me. Otherwise great sofa.
