The living room set itself seems okay, but the process of receiving it from Wayfair has soured my look on it. I had to have delivery people twice at my house to collect the delivered furniture because they were broken. After sitting for close to a month without living room furniture, I was told the replacement had been cancelled so I looked for other furniture. To my surprise, over a month after my initial order, my furniture arrived. After contacting Wayfair, I was billed the full price for the furniture. I was told that if I wanted a discount for the over a month long inconvenience, I would have to return the furniture and reorder it - only then would I be eligible even for a 10 cents discount. This whole process has been a nightmare, as evidenced by my scratched doorway, trampled and wrinkled carpet, and living room set that puts me a bad mood every time I look at it.
