Nice couch but the plywood frame cracked and separated within 6 months and eventually we found it harder and harder to extend or retract the reclining mechanism on one side. Wayfair’s solution was a full refund (5 stars) but left it to us to dispose of the damaged couch (0 stars). It costs $ to hire a junk removal service.

We ordered the darker ioveseat and you sent us the light colored one. It doesnt match any of our furniture but were stuck with it now.

Nice looking. Very efficient delivery by nice, helpful crew of three. I don’t like that there is a dip in the sitting cushion which was not obvious on the photos. The color is a bit lighter than I expected which does not go with my mahogany furniture but that’s my fault. Overall very comfortable and nice reclining manual button

I debated for weeks over sofa material and color. Looked at dozens in my price range. Finally settled on this one, and first impressions are AA. Looks like the leather I wanted, but soft and warm. Firm and comfortable. Very pleased. Will review again in a couple years!!
