So annoyed! We purchased a set of 5 chairs 2yrs ago and loved them. So much that we ordered 2 more. Unfortunately, one chair was defective. So we reached out to Wayfair and the only option is to buy a box, repackage the chair and return it or accept 20% off. We dont have the means to get the chair to a return facility nor the desire to putchase a huge box and 20% is laughable sent the defective part is the bent base of the chair which affects the mechanism. Not to mention the possible liability if the chair has more damage from out return attempt. We asked for either a full refund or pick up and delivery of a brand new chair. Frustratingly, the email communication is giving AI. No real solution just a merry go round of unsuccessful emails with the "Resolutions" department. So disappointed!

The recliner is very nice and seems well made. The compartments in the chair arms are both deep. Assembly was easy. Less than 10 minutes. We only had to put the back on. The recliner movement is smooth. It whines a little but nothing bad. For the price it is a good buy.
