Lovely leather sofa..exquisite...

Furniture was fine. Delivery was terrible. Two delivery days scheduled without my furniture being delivered - and nothing could be done because it was a 3rd party delivery company. Finally, a week after the promised “by delivery”’date I received the furniture. I took off work three days to wait around for the promised delivery. THREE DAYS. Wayfair employees were very hit or miss- some were very helpful or at least empathetic, while others seemed like it was my problem to fix, telling me to call the 3rd party company multiple times and answer any random calls I might get on nearly delivery dates. Beware- if you are not in a Wayfair delivery area, a 3rd party company will deliver your furniture- prepare for a rude experience from the delivery team and the Wayfair team is unable to help. They will schedule a window of time - come earlier than the scheduled time, change the dates over and over and not communicate with you. And when they do communicate it’s so rude that you don’t want to allow the delivery company into your home. I was given a discount on the set -‘it was either that or pay a restocking fee to still deal with the 3rd party company.

Good couch and loveseat I only gave it 4 stars because the love seat base was damaged in Transit ... but there making it right and sending me a new base
