I love the feel of the fabric. No big worries, e kept how to keep it looking nice.

We recently moved into a new home and were in need of a nice couch set. In our search, we visited Furniture Row, Ashley, and Living Spaces. We ended up purchasing a couch from Ashley, but the price we paid left me feeling uneasy. I decided to explore Wayfair and came across the Kadance set. Not only was it remarkably similar to the set we bought from Ashley, but it was almost half the price and offered even more features! Initially, I had concerns about the build quality since I am quite tall and heavy. However, I am pleased to report that the material, cushions, and overall comfort of the set are excellent. The only aspect that I am not particularly impressed with is the framing material. When I tap on the side of the couch, it sounds hollow, which usually indicates the use of cheap, thin wood like/cardboard material. Taking everything into consideration, I believe that this is a great set that striked a wonderful balance between our needs, preferences and cost.

I was skeptical about ordering furniture online but this set is GORGEOUS! It is stylish, comfortable, has all the bells & whistles and WE LOVE IT...thank you Wayfair! Easy delivery & setup, plugins for your phones, trays with cupholders...it has it all!
