This is my second heated massage power recliner from Wayfair. The fabric on my first one wasn't conducive to owning a kitty, and it suffered many snags. After six years, I had to look for another, though it still operated beautifully. I was drawn to this new chair because of the microsuede fabric (I know from experience this fabric is kitty-friendly). I also wanted power recline, heat and massage, and loved the sleeker look of this new one. It was a little risky, and I gave it a lot of thought, because there were no reviews yet for it. I base a lot of my decisions for online purchases on other customer reviews. Plus, this recliner was on back order. Finally, after not finding anything else that checked all my boxes, I went for it. It looks great, is sturdy, and works fine; my only complaint is that the heat function is very subtle compared to my previous recliner. My back often aches, and the heat and light massage really help, so I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't feel warmer. However, it really is nice looking, so I can deal with that. It is a firm chair and sits a little high. I'm 5'6" and the chair fits me well in length. I wouldn't say it's the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in, but it's sufficient. It also has a lift function, which I don't need, but is nice to have if it is ever needed. There is a little fabric pucker on the front left of the seat cushion, but that's a minor complaint. I looked at power heated massage recliners in furniture stores, and we're talking $3,000-$4,000, which I wouldn't consider for a chair. This chair is a fantastic deal, looks great, operates smoothly, and gives me a subtle heated massage, so all in all, it isn't a bad buy at all.

This chair is made decent, but the heat feature did not work. The wiring also pulled loose from the motor, so I had to replace the motor. I didn’t want to fool with the hassle of returning the chair, so I kept it.

Overall a good, firm chair. Not as wide as I had envisioned, but still comfortable.
