As pictured, very soft. It was easy to put together by watching the video. Apparently my cat approves. Happy with the purchase.

The instructions were confusing and screwing the legs into the chair is a two person job. However, the chair is lovely! The fabric is soft and fluffy. I also love the color which is a soft off white color.

Instructions could have been more clear stating that the back of the chair is in the bottom of the chair hidden when you unpack it. Extremely easy to put together. Material is soft but could be better and it a little low to the ground, but really cute chair. Very comfortable

This product feels very “cozy”. It came with the back of chair hidden under the bottom of chair in a covered area of bottom. It does not have holes in sides to screw in arms- you will have to make your own hole. It’s a little smaller than I expected. I would think it would be great for a kids chair.
