During assembly, I discovered that the provided hardware was incompatible with the product. Specifically, the screws did not fit, requiring me to source my own hardware to complete the process. Furthermore, I find the overall quality of the item to be below the expected standard. Due to these recurring issues with product quality and components, I will no longer be sourcing items from your company. I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve your quality control standards
