This is a nice chair, easy to assemble. It came with written and visual instructions I was worried because it was raining when delivered and part of the box was a little soggy but the inside was intact and dry. The only confusing part was the instruction I included in photos. It makes it look like there is a piece missing because of the illustration on the right. That cap comes installed. Other than that one part, it is a very comfortable chair that has a nice look.

The chair leans forward and is deep for shorter people. The chair leather is nice and the color is pretty.

I'd love to have given this 5 stars, and if they had shipped me an undamaged and parts matching chair I would have. Unfortunately this chair arrived with minor damage to the left arm cushion and even worse arrived with white stitching (the only white stitching on the entire chair) on the right arm cushion. The chair is awesome otherwise with great comfort and ease of assembly. Thankfully I had some memory foam arm pad cushions that covered it all up so the chair is useable by me...but you shouldn't have to do that on a brand new chair. If you get an undamaged one with all the stitching done the same color, you'll enjoy this chair especially at the low price offered here. As an aside, the weight limit for this chair is listed at 500 pounds. This is not possible due to them using a Class 3 gas cylinder which can't be rated past 330 pounds. Just so you know!

Chair is well made, relatively easy to assemble and comfortable. I've had it a little over a week so can't speak to durability.

It’s ok quality not worth the money. Had a hole in the faux leather in back rest so bit disappointing.
