3 of the 4 chairs I ordered are broken. Wayfair says to contact the manufacturer, yet their policy states “ if an item is received damaged we are happy to arrange a prompt replacement. “ Now wayfair has unduly delayed a prompt resolution. As I’m to wait to hear from the manufacturer in 2-3 days in which they will state it was damaged during transit so it is wayfair’s issue. I spoke to a friend who does wood work and in full transparency he said this was not salvageable as the breaks in the wood are in the joints of the chair.
