The chair is a disappointment. Not especially comfortable or soft, despite the supposed down fill, seat was too wide for me, and slipcover has low-quality stitching.

This is a really beautiful chair, and larger than I expected. The only downside is that it is not very comfortable, there must be very little down as you do not sink into it. I would recommend it for aesthetic purposes but not if you want a comfortable reading chair.
