Delivery was a nightmare. The box weighs 95 lbs. Our driveway is 200’ long. FedEx dropped it out in our cul de sac. My wife and I are 77 years old. I have a new pacemaker. My wife broke a finger back in January and still rehabbing it. Dragging that 95 lb box down the 200’ driveway and into the house was about the last thing we wanted to do. My wife was out waving to the driver to bring the chair back to the attached garage but he either did not see/hear her or just ignored her. The chair itself is as described. We ordered it because it has a handle to put the foot rest down. It is a bear to work. Hopefully in time it will loosen up a bit because right now it takes a lot of effort to get the footrest down. Set up was easy. Just unbox it and slide the back into the bracket in the base. Took 10 minutes maybe. It seems like a sturdy chair. Time will tell. It’s a smaller size but perfect for the area we’re using it. The star deductions are for the horrendous delivery experience. Thankfully it wasn’t raining.

I am sorry but the bottom front hits the floor when I sit on it. Is it out of adjustment or something.

Very satisfied. Chair arrived just two days after ordering. Very easy to assemble no tools required.

Chair is well made, the fabric is soft and the color is rich, however, it is very small. I am 5’5 and about 190 and it is not a comfortable fit for me. I feel like I’m sitting in a child’s chair. I will keep it bc shipping it back is too expensive.
