Assembly was reasonably easy. The only difficulty was accessing the speaker wires at the base of the chair for connection after the side panels were installed. I got around this by temporarily taping those wires to an accessible place in advance. Remote is rather confusing with so many buttons for the massage options, and not so great instructions in the manual. I was relieved to find that the buttons light up (but only after one button is pressed). I’m a bit disappointed by the “zero-gravity” capability. Feet are raised and head lowered, but not quite enough to raise legs above heart level. The chair is comfortable and fits well in our space. Maybe less suitable for heavier users as it is quite narrow. Update. One thing to consider. This chair requires the wireless remote control for lifting and all other movements. For somebody with limited mobility, a dropped, misplaced, or malfunctioning remote can be a scary experience. A spare or replacement remote does not seem to be sold here.

This amazing lift chair arrived in 2 boxes. We are waiting for help to carry it upstairs the room it will be in. The material is extremely soft and supple, the color is a creamy soft ivory so it goes well in most areas. Looking forward to being able to use the mechanics to support mobility and comfort.

This recliner met all of my expectations. With an included remote control, you can access all of the functions from one place, including massaging, and the button to extend the foot rest. I am an average size female, and it fit my body perfectly. The texture and color were as expected. For convenience, there are cupholders on both armrests.

This is a very nice chair. It’s very comfortable. It was easy to put together. It has Bluetooth ,massage and it’s bigger than some of the ones that you get. The material is a nice shade of brown. The remote control is cordless
