Got it for grandma. Grandma doesn’t like to sit in it, so that’s a bummer. Maybe it’s the material, it’s a firm, water-proof, medical type material. Maybe a fabric cover will help. There are damage marks on the armrests that passed quality control. Both armrests. It’s a little too big for my little grandma.

I bought two of these chairs. They are nice enough for the $$. Unfortunately, neither of my chairs came with the remote for the recline functionality so I don't even know if/how they recline. Also, the remote for the massage is not like the one pictured here in the product description or in their manual, it's a lot more confusing. Buttons like M1, M2 , M3 etc instead of naming the actual massaging modes or positions (see the pic). I had seen chairs with that type of remote and there is a reason I did not buy those - it's this remote! I have reached out to both the seller and Wayfair and have not heard from either of them. If this doesn't get resolved within a couple of days, I'll ship these back.

Chair is good if you are looking for a small place and are short/skinny. If you are taller than 5’4” I wouldn’t recommend it as it will be too short for you. My dad is 6’and had to send back for this reason, otherwise said it was comfortable.

Metal frame was bent from factory. Pay extra money. Get something nicer

Chair is just what I needed after abdominal surgery. Easy to put together and worked as advertised . Very pleased with my purchase. Priced was very reasonable and came in record time. Wayfair is my go to if I need good quality, price and fast turnaround time. Thank you Wayfair.
