Awful customer service!! The website said it was fully assembled, it was not! Had to pay to have someone come to house and assemble, but they told him that it was a stool that he had to assemble!!! Him and I had to bring the recliner upstairs ourselves, and the recliner is not what was expected, terrible customer service! Will not order from them again
