The recliner was packed very well and the boxes were in good condition when I received them. The recliner is excellent and very comfortable to set in. I am very pleased with the quality of the chair.

I love this recliner, which replaces my previous favorite recliner. This new one surpasses the old one--a tall order coming from someone who does a great deal of reading and expects a high level of performance from a chair. It is well-weighted and completely stable, it is so comfortable yet firm, the mechanism glides smoothly and truly delivers on the hug-the-wall promise, the texture and dark gray color are beautiful in person, and the chair is roomy yet streamlined, taking up less space than most recliners.
