Wish I could have given it a 4.5 but that wasn’t an option. The chair looks very classy especially for recliner. The color is exactly as indicated in the picture. The material is high-quality. it’s very sturdy. Comfort wise it is good, but it doesn’t tilt back as I expected. There are two mechanisms to control the position. One controls the feet and the other controls the back. When The foot part is fully extended. It is more straight out and not elevated. It’s still comfortable and you can recline it all the way back to pretty much lay flat, but I prefer a more traditional reclined position. My husband is going to see about adjusting it, but it doesn’t appear that it can be done.. Again, the chairs are still comfortable, and the heat and massage are great. massage is strong
