This recliner is comfortable, attractive and just what the doctor ordered this year for spine and hip surgery. The het and massage features were so welcome when I needed to sleep in this chair and I am 100 percent satisfied with this chair.

Okay I am going to be totally honest. The chair is not bad for what you pay for. For me it looks great in the TV room and matches the furniture perfectly. In case anyone wanted to know it's not really white. It is more of an eggshell white or light beige. For me that was great because that is what I wanted. The chairs features: it is a little slow moving up or down but that's not really a bad thing depending on who is sitting in it. If you are young and everything in your life is fast, fast, faster, this chair is not for you. If you just had an operation or have painful orthopedic pain, this is for you. For me it works just fine. The heat feature is nice but that is more for my wife and she likes it. The massage feature, not really a fan, I find it a little to noisy. Install, I paid to have it put together, that is because of my back. If you have no physical conditions that prevent you, assembly is very easy, don't pay for it. The instructions are well laid out. Overall the chair is comfortable. My only recommendation to Wayfair, make the insert material for the armrests a little more firmer and make the massage portion quieter or remove it all together. For what I paid for it, it's not bad.

It is not comfortable, doesn’t go back very far and it so slow. It comes vacuum sealed so we have given it 2 weeks to plump up and it hasn’t at all. I do not recommend this product even if it is on the less expensive side of things.

Awful, most hideous chair I think I have ever seen, cheap I every aspect size is small I bought 2 of them thinking they looked great in picture and how very wrong no quality at all, very uncomfortable and hardly any stuffing and way too much of putting together you have to put the padding in if thats what you call it, its more like a wore out soft pillow, the remotes look like a kids toy that wouldnt last very long, I am definitely returning, anyone thinking on purchasing these take it from me you will not be happy with the purchase!!! I just knew I should have went to a actual furniture store, live and learn!

This chair has easily become one of my favorite pieces of furniture in my house! The fabric is really soft, but I do recommend lint rolling it when you first get it. The heat and massage features feel so luxurious and the assisted standing is great! Assembly was way easier than anticipated, and that includes setting up the wires. I definitely find myself gravitating towards it whenever I need a comfy place to relax and the pup loves it too!
