I ordered a powered lift-and-tilt recliner with massage and heat controls for my 97-year-old mom, who lives in another state. Delivery was scheduled by Friday afternoon, and I arranged for a staff member to assemble it before the workday ended. Instead, the large, boxed recliner was left outside on the assisted living facility’s porch on Saturday (non-workday), exposed to rain or theft. There’s written instruction inside the double door how to enter the building. Also, I asked a Wayfair customer service representative how to activate the recliner’s tilt function and was told I would receive an answer by email. After two days of back-and-forth messages, I was instructed to hold the “Extend” button. That guidance was incorrect; the tilt function requires holding the “Retract” button. So far, my mom really loves the look and feel of the recliner and all of its functionality.

This is exactly what I needed. Being able to have assistance in and out of the chair is a life saver. Thanks

Bought 2 Teremba Chenille Lift assist power recliners for my parents who are both well into their 80’s. Compared pricing to local stores it was simply no contest, great price. My parents absolutely loved how firm the cushioning was and were absolutely delighted with the power assist recliner and standing feature. Fantastic buy all around!
