Ordered this recliner basically because of its size. First one delivered the head rest only worked once then the motor for it got super hot. Fortunately it happened while delivery guys were here to report issue. Unplugged, reported issue and a replacement was ordered. Replacement chair was delivered today after waiting several weeks again. The chair is firm! The chair is wide! The controls work properly, however the back height is a bit misleading because the seat sits higher so the back does not come up as high to the head as some other recliners. It is quiet and reclines nicely. The fabric is like a micro suede, so it’s smooth to the touch. Overall it’s a nice wide recliner but not a fluffy soft fall into chair, but I needed the stiffer feel and this works good for that. It also only needs a few inches from the wall, but it does take up a larger foot print. The color is a very light gray, blends well with almost any colors you might have.

It’s very uncomfortable and stiff. It’s the hardest “puffy” looking chair I’ve ever sat in. I was hoping it would loosen up a bit but it hasn’t. I’m very disappointed.

I love the light color of this recliner. It is comfortable and the power buttons are easy to use. The chair reclines almost flat so it could be used as an extra sleeping spot. It's good for reclining while watching tv. I like the oversize because it makes it easy to curl up and get comfy. Having a USB port is also a plus for charging phones or other devices.

Love it! So comfy and can fit both me and my daughter!
