The recliner is working out well. The only issue is if the electricity goes out and the chair is in a reclined position, there is no way to put it back into a seated position until the electricity is restored. It should have a manual reset available.

It is very heavy so takes two people to assemble. There was no manual to show how to connect the wiring which was pretty extensive but we figured it out. The recline feature is ok but would have preferred a separate control for the foot rest. The recline does not lay flat enough for me but is ok. The lift feature works well. The head rest control is a good feature. This chair does not rock which is fine for us but if you want a rocker feature, this is not the chair. We are giving it a try for now and see if it grows on us. The chair is more on the firmer side so expect that you will not be sinking into a plush comfy recliner. The beige color is great and the fabric is soft.

This review is a warning that the chair lift remote only lasted 6 months. If your loved one needs a lift chair do not buy it from Wayfair. You will need a much more substantial warranty.
