I was a little worried about the swivel and rock features of this recliner, but they are well done. The rocking feature is greatly reduced as soon as you actually recline, and the swivel works if you need it but otherwise just stays out of the way. I find the chair very comfortable in any position.

It is comfortable with good head and lumbar support. It doesn’t recline far back enough though so napping or laying back is challenging.

The product is beautiful, the delivery was awful, two gi Guys dumped it on our front porch in front of our door, never rang the doorbell, and literally ran to the vehicle a sped away.. horrible delivery service.. the box was ripped, thank goodness the leather didn't get torn. Terrible delivery. Not happy about how they dropped and ran..afraid they would have to help a senior citizen I guess.
