Looks nice, and like the electronic features. Perfect size for small person (I’m 5ft), but is tight for my 6ft tall husband. He can’t rest his head as he’s too tall. The fabric is a bit scratchy on my arms and the seam on the arm rest falls right where my elbow hits, so I covered the arm rests with other pieces of fabric. I do wish the arm rests were just slightly wider so I could rest my phone on them without the phone falling off.

This item was obviously a return that was shipped out and sold as new. The product arrived with stains on the seat and the arm that looked as though something had been spilled on it and/or left wet. There was no doubt this item had been used prior. I requested a refund, was given a partial refund, told that the refund would take 3 to 5 business days. After eight business days, I still have yet to receive the refund. This is probably the worst experience I have had with an online company in my life. I will never use Wayfair again and will warn all people who ask or mention Wayfair that they sell and ship items as new that are returns and have been used. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. This item was meant for a nursery - Wayfair turned this experience into an unneeded difficulty caused by suspect vendors and irrefutable false advertising. Wayfair and the manufacturer of this chair, can collectively kick rocks.

Love the color but my feet don’t touch the floor. And when I recline my feet extend over the recliner. Kinda weird and I’m 5’4. Also, no head support, have to use a pillow. I don’t love it and I don’t hate it.
