Very comfortable oversized chair. The armrests are zipped and velcroed on, so the Velcro side comes undone sometimes, the heat feature is great, but the massage part is so loud.

The chair arrived on time. It looks exactly as pictured. I didn't immediately see the assembly instructions but was able to assemble the whole thing in less than 20 minutes without them. It is very plush and comfy. Each arm has pockets on the side for the remote or other things you want to keep handy. The massage and heat functions work fantastic and feel great if you have back pain.

The recliner is comfortable and spacious. Two major issues 1. The recliner doesn’t lock and stay reclined. Even if you move slightly, it wants to go upright. It’s very uncomfortable. 2. The rocking feature makes a lot of noise even though the description says it doesn’t make noise. I would not recommend and will probably return.

Great size for a larger person. Very sturdy and love the massage and heat functions. Also, very easy to put together.
