I just got the item, and I am really upset, sad and can't trust or recommend Wayfair anymore. The item is exactly the product I ordered and liked on the website, but only if it was not used or dirty!! I am extremely upset and frustrated. The item does not appear to be new but used, as it is dirty and has 3 big stains. I feel like i was ripped off and this is really unacceptable. The box was completely damaged, already teared up on one side and ripped on corner top. I took pictures. It is hard not to believe the obvious that the product was used or recycled, otherwise how to explain the stains in 3 different places?

Perfect for nursery. Comfy. Have had it for over a year and it still looks great. Would buy again.

The chairs look and feel amazing but I have two qualms the foot rest gets stuck and Is hard to put down and one of the armrest has a rip

Very cozy. Came together fairly easily and is not too heavy. My dog approves greatly. Fits well in my room.

we bought it for grandmother and she loves it, so comfortable she even have naps in it. would recommend it
