It’s an okay chair but just okay. The arms are pretty cheap feeling and not large enough but the color is not as it is pictured. Thinking of returning but don’t know if I should just keep it. And not have the hassle of

chair comes in 1 box and is not too heavy and is easy to put together with out looking at instructions. However, my box arrived damaged with large holes and i am missing the screws to attach the side arms to the chair, which is a bummer. Another thing to consider, this chair back was smaller in height than i was expecting. It is tall enough to rest my head comfortably but i am 5’4” so taller folks may want to check measurements more thoroughly. Out of the box it does have a faint smell to it, like plastic. And the chenille fabric is rougher than expected and honestly reminds me more of corduroy . Overall i am satisfied with the product because i got it during the 4th of july sale, otherwise i do not think i would pay full price.

Although this chair is really comfortable after only a few weeks the footrest started having issues closing. A piece underneath broke and the bolt has nothing to fasten too causing the metal to hit the floor. In order to actually close the footrest we have to tip the chair on its side. I reached out to customer service and they would not help because I was outside of 35 days of my purchase. Although I understand, that is their policy 35 days for a piece of metal to break is a manufacturing issue not something that we did . I didn’t ask for money back. I just asked for a solution for the chair to be fixed. There’s no reason why this couldn’t have been resolved .

Love the chair, but am not sure of the feet. I’m afraid when we put new wood floor down they might scuff it. Otherwise, very comfortable and sturdy.

Very very nice recliner for the price. Very easy to assemble. Love the chair.
