Chair is nice, customer service is garbage

I purchased this chair specifically because I had foot surgery and am non weight bearing for a few weeks. I am unable to stand from a lower seated position for the time being. After one week of basically living in the chair, I noticed the cushioning shift and become less supportive. If one week can do that to this chair I can’t imagine that it would last long even with general use.

The padding in the chair is not good I can feel the wood through it and it hurts your body. The recliner leg rest is to short I am 5ft 4 inches, so it isn't because I am a tall person

High quality chair. Easy to slide together and plug in. Will work great for my upcoming back surgery. The footrest extension is super nice. Not many come with that feature.
