I ordered 2 of these chairs. They are lovely and have plenty of room for my big and tall husband.

Even though some Velcro was missing on right arm the chair looks good

We just put it together. We cannot get the foot Rest to lock when it’s in the upright position. But we’re still looking at it. Maybe it’s something we did but frankly all you do is snap the back into the body of the chair.
