Biggest issue is the legs portion of the massage setting stopped working after only 4 months. The massage is more of a vibration. Pushing the recliner back in with your legs is pretty difficult. It is overall a nice chair, easy to put together.

The heat and massage do not work, other then paying extra for those features the chair is comfortable. Can someone come fix those features

Color is off from picture. The brown is much lighter between a medium and light brown. I’m not very happy with the color.

Chairs covering seems soft to touch. I thought being in a FedEx truck for 5 days the chair was frozen stiff. The chair has been in our living room now for 2 days and it has softened up some but it very firm. The seat itself is too narrow for me as a 6’0” and 230 lbs I just feel crowded sitting in it. I may be calling Wayfair to see my options for a little larger chair with bigger seat. As for assembly it is a breeze it actually takes longer to unpack than put together. Company does a great job preparing for shipping. Other than the color is Like a chameleon when room is dark it’s a dark grey and ours next to picture window during daylight it’s a Brownish color with hints of grey. It’s early yet maybe I’ll come to like it. Thanks for your time in advance
