Very comfortable recliner!!!! However, I ordered brown and received gray and the remote for heat and massage doesn’t work????

I love the lift so at my age I don’t have to wiggle and grunt to make it upright. It is the perfect size for my condo. I am 70 yr old but I am still very active. But I must say the lift is a welcome asset when I sit and read for a while. The armrests are the perfect height and the cup holders are very much needed.
