Chair is very comfy and easy to put together. Nice fabric as well. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the legs don't come up as high as I would like. Other than that it's great, especially for the price.

I ordered a reclining lift chair with heat and massager for my mother who has dementia and leukemia. The electronics on the chair do not work from day one. Also, the only way to reach customer service is via email. Needless to say, we are very unhappy.
