The delivery was easy, the carrier delivered to our second story. Very good communication on delivery setup and the day of. The recliner is firm with modern lines to bring style to a functional piece. There are buttons to control the electric functions and even a place to charge other electronics.

I’d give this chair 10 stars if I could! It doesn’t look like a recliner, the fabric is so soft, it’s heavy and great quality, and it’s SO COMFY. The seat is wide and my husband and 6 year old can sit in it together. It reclines completely, and then you can make the make and/or head come up of your like. You can truly adjust it however you need to. Will be spending lots of time in this chair!
